OBJECTIVES
- To develop participants knowledge in Warehouse and Logistics Operations such as Receiving, Put-Away, Storage, Picking, Delivery and Market Return.
- To demonstrate ways in achieving effective Warehouse and Logistics Operations by applying simple Lean & The 10 Wastes approach.
- To improve participants awareness on the current operations BEST PRACTICES
- To develop participants knowledge on inventory control and management techniques for ABC, FSN, VED, SDE, SOS, and XYZ stocks classifications.
- To help participants in planning and performing correct cycle-time study in identifying manpower and equipment required.
- To help participants in storage planning and identifying process bottle-neck using simple Takt Time calculations.
- To help participants in layout design and storage planning.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Warehouse & Logistics Manager, Supervisor, Storekeeper and Operations Staffs.
METHODOLOGY & DURATION
- Slides Presentation, Video Presentation, Lecturing, Actual Case Study via Face to Face Training.
- 2 Days, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
