OBJECTIVES

To develop participants knowledge in Warehouse and Logistics Operations such as Receiving, Put-Away, Storage, Picking, Delivery and Market Return.
To demonstrate ways in achieving effective Warehouse and Logistics Operations by applying simple Lean & The 10 Wastes approach.
To improve participants awareness on the current operations BEST PRACTICES
To develop participants knowledge on inventory control and management techniques for ABC, FSN, VED, SDE, SOS, and XYZ stocks classifications.
To help participants in planning and performing correct cycle-time study in identifying manpower and equipment required.
To help participants in storage planning and identifying process bottle-neck using simple Takt Time calculations.
To help participants in layout design and storage planning.
